Our service includes a detailed review of your credit report to identify the areas that need to be repaired, an action plan to help improve your score, and ongoing disputes with the credit bureaus.

Our credit repair service is NOT the act of disputing legitimate debt. However it is the process of disputing information reported by a creditor whom you have not done business with. If you receive a collection letter in the mail, the FDCPA Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Section 809 states that you can request debt validation even if you recognize this debt. Unless it’s the original creditor, YOU DO NOT KNOW the collector and therefore you should not pay them any money unless they prove this is a legitimate claim. If they cannot provide you with that proof, they must stop collection efforts and remove the account from your credit report.

Our credit repair service also includes disputing INACCURATE information on your report that damages your score. The FCRA Fair Credit Reporting Act gives you the right to dispute inaccurate or outdated information. Consumer reporting agencies must correct or delete inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information.

The FDCPA and the FCRA gives us the power to dispute the following:

Credit Card Accounts
Retail Store Accounts
Personal Loans
Payday Loans
Student Loans
Utility Accounts
Medical Bills
Child Support

Short Sales
Federal Tax Liens
State Tax Liens
